TWO MEATBALLS IN THE ITALIAN KITCHEN
PINO LUONGO & MARK STRAUSMAN

Two Meatballs in the Italian Kitchen is a cookbook and a conversation.

Pino Luongo who learned to cook by watching his mother, favors the tried and true methods that his Italian ancestors have passed down from generation to generation. Mark Strausman employs cooking techniques taught to him at the New York City Hotel and Restaurant School, and in European kitchens.

The debate is lively. And both chefs agree, good food can be simply made with these recipes.
